Missouri Southern State University
Missouri Southern State University, commonly known as MoSo, is located in Joplin, MO. The MoSo Lions are members of the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA) and compete as a Division II school in the NCAA. The Lions field seven men’s sports and seven women’s sports. Since transitioning from the NAIA to the NCAA in 1989, the program has produced over 250 All-Americans.
