William Paterson University - Wightman Stadium
The William Paterson University Pioneers from Wayne, NJ, compete as a Division III school in the NCAA. They also compete in the Eastern Athletic Conference (ECAC) and the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC). Although they are known as the Pioneers, William Paterson University’s mascot is actually Billy the Bear, who wears a pioneer-style hat, boots, and buckskin pants.
